About the role..
An exciting role exists for a passionate, detail orientated, person centric National Claims Consultant to ensure all areas of Breakthru services are maintaining a high level of compliance and assisting with securing the revenue for the services delivered to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Quality checks of Community Service Claims and services provided
Check claims to ensure compliance
Collaborate with Teams to develop and implement business strategies
Assist with Training of staff
Assist teams to develop key strategies to increase income
About you..
We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual who wants to collaborate with others to achieve outstanding results. You have excellent time management, can work independently and have strong excel skills.
You will be able to clearly demonstrate the following:
Prepare and develop reports
Analyse teams claims to ensure the site is working with Breakthru's contact schedule
Maitin an understanding of policy and procedure including Risk Management Frameworks
Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain)
NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
