Here, courageous nurses administer chemotherapy, manage symptoms, support patients and educate families, all while serving as the nerve center of extensive multidisciplinary teams. Nurse Practitioner - NP – Radiation Oncology - Days

Explore this career-defining opportunity and step into this newly created position within The Julia and Ned Arnold Center for Radiation Oncology at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. This is a unique and autonomous role, where your responsibilities will cover clinical duties. You will act as liaison between The Julia and Ned Arnold Center for Radiation Oncology and other practices hospital-wide, while also working directly with patients. Be involved in the day to day operations of the treatment center and help develop processes to improve workflow and patient experience.

This is a full time day shift position at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. Work is typically performed in a clinical environment, both outpatient and inpatient. Requires weekend call 1x/month; call coverage for 1 major holiday per year

Preferred Criteria

• Previous experience in Outpatient Oncology

Required Criteria

• At least five years of experience in Oncology
• Master'sDegree in Nursing
• Current New York State NP license prior to credentialing
• New York State Board Certified
• BCLS certification
