Southpaws are looking for a full-time Surgical Nurse to join our team at Southpaws Mornington.

The role
You will be expected to deliver a high level of nursing care to all patients.

You possess high-quality skills in understanding & monitoring anaesthesia. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, both in a team and autonomously. Ventilator knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

  • Certificate IV or equivalent qualification

  • Plus 2-5 year’s experience

  • A professional and positive demeanour

  • Ability to work efficiently with initiative in a face-paced environment

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures

  • High proficiency in monitoring anaesthesia
