They are now looking for a Registered Services Manager to join them on a part-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Registered Services Manager, you will ensure compliance with new Ofsted regulations on supported accommodation for care-experienced young people.
You will work with Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) arrivals, who form part of this cohort, to shape and improve services and place the organisation in a strong, compliant state of readiness for Ofsted regulation and inspection.
Managing a team of UASC Support and Integration Officers, you will ensure compliance and uphold quality standards across all registered settings.
About You

To be considered as a Registered Services Manager, you will need:
- Experience in a relevant or similar role
- Experience managing delivery teams
- Experience of monitoring and reporting on the progress of a range of different activities
- Experience of managing providers falling under the scope of OFSTED
- Knowledge of reporting systems for local authorities
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial processes
- A degree, or demonstratable equivalent experience
