At Robina Town Dental Centre, our mission is to provide the local and wider community with clear and transparent dental care. Located conveniently at Robina Town Centre. Successful candidates will initially be trained onsite at Robina, with the expectation of working multi-site at Burleigh Heads, Capri and Robina in the future.

The Heart of the Role:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
• Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

• Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service/patient care
• Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
