About John Holland:

John Holland is delivering the M7 - M12 Integration project, which includes widening the M7 between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Rd at Oakhurst, and building a new interchange between the M7 and M12 and an upgrade to Elizabeth Drive to connect it to the M12. The project is a John Holland-only, stand-alone mega project, located in Cecil Hills – within Western Sydney. About the Project:

John Holland is delighted to have been selected to deliver the M7 - M12 Interchange, which includes widening the M7 between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Rd at Oakhurst, and building a new interchange between the M7 and M12 and an upgrade to Elizabeth Drive to connect it to the M12. We are currently looking to complete our Safety team and are seeking a Safety Advisor to support the broader construction delivery team.

Your Role:

To support:

  • Site safety management plans and compliance
  • Subcontractor safety performance and monitoring
  • Reporting on safety-related metrics and data
  • Daily site walks, toolbox participation, and site planning
  • Support construction teams with the planning of logistics and plant movements
About You:

Minimum requirements:

  • 2 years experience in a Safety-related role, ideally in the construction, engineering, or mining sectors
  • Tertiary qualified in Safety, with Cert IV completion
  • A team player mindset and good communication with all staff and workforce
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
