Meridian Business Support is currently recruitingfor a highly reputable Hospital who is seeking an experiencedOphthalmic Clinical Lead.Mixing your clinical experience and people management skills, you will be working alongside a fantastic team, sharing your knowledge, encouraging learning from others, and providing on-hand clinical support and expertise to our valued patients.
Based in East Grinstead, this is a full-time, permanent role, with fantastic opportunities to develop a long-term career within a recognised Centre of Excellence.

Your Role as an Ophthalmic Clinical Lead,will include but not be limited to:

• You will be a passionate and experienced clinical and people leader, showing excellent communication skills, and empathy.
• A Registered Nurse or ODP Level 3 Qualification (or UK recognised equivalent).
• Strong experience within a theatre setting, specifically related to an ophthalmology department.
• Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with your team and our patients.
• Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
