Requirements In this vital role, you'll support the educational and personal development needs of our service users ensuring our educational environment fosters personal growth and enhances lives.
Experience of working with young people with learning difficulties, disabilities, or autism (Desirable).
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or equivalent in supporting young people in education or care settings (Desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient IT skills and good organisational abilities.
Ability to manage challenging behaviour and support with personal care.
