• Work alongside senior management to develop an understanding for addressing and providing solutions to safety issues.
• Return to Work and Rehabilitation programs including the development of suitable duties program
• Work with all stakeholders, including GOgetters, contractors, visitors, and the public, to provide guidance on their safety requirements and expectations.
• Assist with risk management processes, incident management and investigations and auditing.
• Assist with the facilitation of drug and alcohol testing.
• Coordinate tool box talks regularly

You will have:
- Worked as an OHS officer, WHS coordinator or similar role for at least 12 months
- Relevant qualifications in the safety field are highly desired
- Background in a Blue Collar environment very desirable
- Problem solving abilities, analytical thinker
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
