Applications are invited for a Paediatric Grade 3 Occupational Therapist on a temporary part-time basis. The successful applicant will have experience in the assessment and management of neonates and children under 2yrs of age. Experience in Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis will be favourably considered. The successful applicant will become part of a highly skilled and experienced multidisciplinary paediatric team and will have a key role in influencing the delivery of high quality patient care in the paediatric team through facilitating evidence based practice and leading service improvement to support the delivery of person centred, occupation based practice.

To be Successful in this Role you:

  • will be registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
  • have a current Victorian driver’s licence
  • have a current working with children employee clearance
  • demonstrate commitment to provision of occupation based, person centred Occupational Therapy practice
  • have expert clinical knowledge and experience in paediatrics
  • have proven skills in service planning, research and evaluation and capacity for effective representation, communication and collaboration.
