Paramedics for First Aid / CPR Instructor

Company Background

For years, Para-Mentors has provided professional hiring support to job-seeking Paramedics and students, as well as full-scope, high-tech recruitment and education services to Paramedic agencies.

We have now launched Para CPR & First Aid, which is already gaining credibility because of our high quality, Paramedic-led courses. We have an urgent need to expand our current instructor pool to keep up with our corporate and public demand.

Role Description - First Aid / CPR Mentor

First Aid / CPR Mentors can expect the following when working for Para-Mentors:

  • Competitive wages - comparable to working on the road! Pay starts at $35/hour and increases regularly based on hours worked.
  • Paid training - not only do you not need to finance your own instructor certifications, we'll pay you to do it! Our certification agency, EMT - Emergency Medical Training Canada, provides an intensive multi-day program to prepare you to instruct their top-notch content. We'll pay your wage the entire time you train, shadow, and co-teach.
  • Industry-leading technology - As a young private company, we use the best methods to conduct our business. Intuitive software platforms will have you working in a completely different environment than your road shifts.
  • Role expansion - motivated team members are the first to be considered for openings in the hiring prep and recruitment services divisions. We also regularly consider staff for special projects and higher level company roles.
  • Exceptional Team - We employ the best in the industry. Working with us will help you develop great connections.

Position Expectations

Para-Mentors has the following expectations of our First Aid / CPR Mentors:

  • Smartphone / computer - you must have access to a cell phone, computer, and reliable internet access for both. We use digital communication for all of our internal communications.
