About the Role

• Provide expert human resource management skills to support the delivery of traditional and innovative Digital, Data and Information Management Services.
• Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.
• Use advanced data programs and tools (eg, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Angular) to optimise the flow of data to inform decision-making and service planning.
• Lead the development and implementation of a data & digital management plan that meets the AMHS needs and is informed by HHS, State and other relevant Strategy.
• Establish and maintain engagement with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure service delivery and team function is informed and supported by stakeholder needs.
• Develop policy and procedure that supports the service's delivery and optimisation of digital solutions.
