About the role

A Ryman nurse's work is varied, meaningful and challenging. Our pioneering spirit means we're always innovating to help our residents live their best lives. Based at our beautiful Charles Brownlow Village in Highton, you will use all your nursing and people skills to:

  • Provide compassionate and high-quality care that is good enough for mum, and dad
  • Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
  • Assess residents and develop and review care plans
  • Administer treatment and ongoing support to residents
  • Use pioneering technology including our own purpose-built care app, myRyman
  • Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators

We are looking for a fulltime RN to join our team working Sunday to Thursday 0700 - 1500.

About You

A Ryman nurse's work is varied and meaningful. To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have: 

  • A current Registered Nurse registration 
  • Given the specialised skills required to work in Dementia - experience in a similar unit is a must
  • A reliable, friendly and professional manner
  • The ability to share knowledge and work within a friendly, supportive team
  • Experience working in Aged Care is highly desired
  • Kindness, compassion and drive to deliver high-quality care to our residents
