Wecurrently have two opportunities to join the team at BethanieFields Aged Care Home in Eaton on a full time basis, working eithermorning or afternoon shifts.

BethanieFields is a 160 bed facility designed specifically to providesupport for people who need 24 hour care, including those withspecial care needs and dementia.

TheRole:

As aRegistered Nurse, you will work closely with the Facility Managerand Clinical Nurse Manager to provide care and case managementacross the facility.

• Takeimmediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safeand effective manner providing direction to enrolled nurses andcare workers
• Complete assessmentand/or admission requirements
• Maintains an effectivereferral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and/orallied health staff
• Ensurethat clinical records reflect care, in line with allaccreditation standards and legislativerequirements
• Providecoaching/mentoring/training to staff where required

AboutYou:

• Currently registeredwith the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency(AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
• Relevant clinicalexperience in an aged care environment would be an advantagebut is not essential
• Ability to workindependently and professionally
• Ability to motivatestaff and promote a positive work environment
• Strongwritten and verbal communication skills and able to confidentlyuse clinical information systems
• Willingness to obtainany relevant police clearances and vaccinationsrequired
