Your opportunity:

• Deliver clinical services within an integrated mental health service environment with a multidisciplinary team focus. The provisions of these services are to consumers and carers experiencing and affected by serious mental disorders and other serious mental health problems across both the community and inpatient settings.
• Participate in all aspects of the continuum of care from Triage, Assessment and Case Management with children, young persons aged 0 – 25 and their extended networks (family, education, training, employment).

Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable).

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $131,900 p.a., comprising salary between $107,960 - $115,604 p.a. (f/t) or salary between $54.45 - $58.30 p.h. (p/t) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)), or competitive remuneration package value up to $76,747 - $112,805 p.a. (f/t) or salary between $38.71 - $56.89 p.h. (p/t) (HP3), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%).
