Position Title: Registered Nurse – Ellery House Residential Care Unit

Classification: YP3 -YP9

Salary per hour: $36.10 to $48.26 per hour + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Award: Proposed Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024

Dhelkaya Health are inviting applications from experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in Ellery House - Aged Care Unit.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a productive member of the team while delivering person centered care to the residents.

You will require advanced interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be able to demonstrate effective infection control practices and a commitment to quality improvement.

Knowledge of Montessori for dementia framework and ACFI is highly regarded.

About you

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
  • Comprehensive assessment, care planning, care delivery and evaluation skills
  • Sound level of communication skills
  • Commitment to collaborative practice and productive working relationships
