What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience with designing and developing innovative and engaging blended learning solutions incorporating best practice learning and knowledge management methodologies.
• High level communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills including consultation and negotiation with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment, whilst being receptive to feedback to ensure that learning and knowledge management materials, content and communications developed are fit for purpose and align with the team's overall strategy.
• Experience in the effective management of people, performance and resources required to coordinate the delivery of learning and knowledge management initiatives and programs in a virtual environment.
