About the role

The A03 vacancies within the HR team include Human Resource Officer, Recruitment Consultant and Roster Support Officer.

The primary purpose of the role of Human Resource (HR) Officer is to provide the first point of contact for West Moreton Health employees and leaders seeking support from HR. The HR Officer provides support and assists the Human Resources team in providing customer focused, timely and quality support to its clients across West Moreton Health (the Health Service).

As the Recruitment Consultant you will provide high quality, client focused recruitment and establishment services to West Moreton Health Service including the of relevant IT systems to process, record and maintain recruitment related data.

The Roster Support Officer provides dedicated rostering and workforce management support services and to nurse unit/line managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources.

Mandatory Requirements:

• West Moreton Health has a respiratory protection program which supports the use of personal protective equipment as an essential element of defence in the hierarchy of controls. Every employee is responsible for complying with directions in relation to personal protective equipment. Some employees are required to wear a P2/N95 mask in their role and therefore must be able to achieve a fit check / fit test of a P2/N95 mask to ensure the safety of themselves, their colleagues, their consumers, and our community.
