About us:

About the role:

The Principal Advisor (Governance and Projects) is responsible for leading and facilitating the coordination and management of complex projects and activities across the division that support provision of quality advice and outcomes for the organisation.

  • Lead and manage projects of significant scope and strategic importance within the Workforce Division to facilitate and enable project delivery, including monitoring processes and reporting as required.
  • Independently research, design and implement tools and processes to ensure projects align to current best practice, using personal judgement, experience and networks employing acquired expert knowledge, skills and abilities.

About you:

Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.

  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team, including to provide direction, motivate and inspire staff, promoting an environment where staff are valued, developed, and coached to perform at their full potential.
  • Demonstrated ability to use high level communication, interpersonal, consultation, partnership, and negotiation skills to influence decisions, action or perceptions of stakeholders and achieve outcomes.

What we offer:

Salary information:

Total remuneration value of up to $13,476 p.m. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $66.60 - $71.48 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
